Gumbel: OK, exclusive buyer agent.

Ms. Chatzky: This is a new wrinkle. And if you have your druthers, if you have a choice, this is the way that you want to go. The problem is that there are only 3000 of them across the country. They work just for the buyers. They never take a listing, so they don't have the sort of conflict of interest on the other side of the deal.

Gumble: Why are there so few of them?
